The other day after I finished my F45, I had to go and buy some milk.
The closest option was within one kilometre. But I chose to drive an extra one kilometre.
Why?
I love the vibe in that place.
We exchange energy with places we visit.
A location is not static. It has its own aura.
I don’t go to places that don’t evoke good feeling.
It may sound like I’m rigid.
That’s just who I am.
It may not make sense to burn extra fuel.
But that’s still me.
I prefer 1.2 tsp in my teacup. It’s not one or two spoons. It’s not even half. It’s arbitrary.
Discover your own arbitrariness—because it’s authentic.
The first step in an identity shift is to realise what makes you feel good.
You do what makes you happy.
You don’t care about odds or the logic.
Identify what gives you a joy and continue to follow.
It’s simple.
